Directed by Zack Sievers, Alejandra Tarquino and Sammy Shuster in collaboration the Integrated Care workgroup of the Community Action Network (CAN). The CAN is an initiative of three grantees: The Department of Public Health, Maternity Care Coalition and Einstein Medical Center. It brings together diverse stakeholders working in infant and maternal health including social workers, physicians, community organizers and public health workers. The Integrated Care workgroup focuses on improving maternal mental health services.
